Soy chicken

Oh, this is so up my strasse I could spend the rest of my days here!  I'm not sure why Nigel calls this Soy Chicken when the main ingredient (chicken aside obvs) is oyster sauce but who cares?  This was gorgeous with just the right amount of sweetness, just the right amount of chilli hit and for me just the right amount of sauce - I served this with steamed spinach and thin noodles which were perfect with the sauce.  A triumph.
