Lamb and leeks with tagliatelle

I wanted to use up some Caerphilly cheese from something I'd made earlier in the week and saw this on the same page as the Philly cheese steak.  This was really lovely - the sweated leeks being the star ingredient here.  As my other half is vegetarian I cobbled together a veggie version for him, replacing the lamb with mushrooms and the Caerphilly with Gorgonzola.  Tonight was a rare moment where we all enjoyed our meal (yes, including the fussy lamb hating daughter).
